In Victoria, the school curriculum set out in the Victorian Curriculum F–10 outlines the required knowledge and skills for all Victorian students to ensure they develop skills for life-long learning and active and informed citizenship.

At Kyabram P-12 College, our curriculum is organised in Levels from Foundation to Level 10. These are linked to year levels, but students may be working towards an individual level within the curriculum according to their own needs.

From Prep to Level Six, curriculum is planned within General classes and Specialist classes. In General classes, students study Literacy, Numeracy and Discovery/Inquiry Units to enhance their knowledge and skills in all Learning Areas. Students also study the following Specialist classes at various times throughout their P-6 schooling; Digital Technologies, Indonesian, Performing Arts, Physical Education, Science, and Visual Arts.

From Years Seven to Ten, subjects are arranged in Domains; Arts, English, Health and Physical Education, Humanities, LOTE, Maths, Science and Technology. Students study a range of subjects within each Domain, with increasing specialisation as they move from Year Seven to Year Ten.

Following Level 10, students may choose to pursue a post-compulsory pathway in either the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), or the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL). Students may also undertake a Vocational Education and Training (VET) program within either of these pathways.
